I’ve sent my dog here several times over the past two years and have always been pleased with the experience! The staff are all very kind and my dog seems so happy when I come to pick her up. The livestream webcams are a huge plus and I love being able to check in on her watch her play while I’m away. They also periodically send photo updates of your pup during their stay. I’m moving from the area which is unfortunate because I’ve yet to have another boarding experience that rivals Paw Haven!

I loved my experience from start to finish. Bentley loves his new haircut. He’s truly transformed. The staff is very friendly and attentive and reasonably priced.

Rosie (3 year old Boston terrier) loves Paw Haven and has been going there since she was a puppy! Daycare or an overnight, Rosie can’t wait to go and always comes back a happy pup. Thanks to the Paw Haven family for taking great care of Rosie and for all the awesome pictures!!

My chocolate lab mix “Edmond” and husky “Sissy” have been going to Paw Haven (dog daycare) for at least a year now. They love the staff and the other dogs and they come home tired & happy. The facility itself is huge and beautiful and the prices are on par with or less than any doggy daycare you’d find in the area (I’ve done my research, trust me). The staff does cute activities for holidays and PH also offers grooming and boarding services which I haven’t yet used but it’s a nice option to have. Some other things I like: the facility has cameras, there is a quick response time should you have any questions and the interview/orientation process was simple and straightforward. There really aren’t many cons, the only time there was any confusion/issues was several months back when more staff was being hired and a lot of people were in training all at once (which is understandable). No issues since that brief window of time. I really love this facility and know they take good care of my favorite people - my pups.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Paw Haven! I brought my dog Pumpkin here for daycare while I stayed for a week in New Haven. I was a little nervous because Pumpkin has a heart condition and gets stressed relatively easily in unfamiliar places. The team at Paw Haven was so kind and took such wonderful care of Pumpkin, all of my fears were quickly relieved. The facility is very clean, conveniently located with ample parking, well staffed, and open for very convenient hours. I will bring Pumpkin back here again and again for future visits!!

We’re new to puppy daycare, and Paw Haven made our first experience amazing! The staff was friendly, professional, and clearly love what they do. Our German Shepherd puppy, Maximus, came home happy and tired from all the fun and socializing. We’re so glad to have found a place we can trust—definitely coming back!

Paw Haven has been a godsend for my high energy doggo. She walks in with excitement & walks out very tired. The staff is great! Friendly, kind, & always busting their butts to get the doggos out on time. You can really tell they love spending time with every pup! They give the best silly little updates. Would recommend over & over!

Paw Haven is honestly a dream come true! Our dog has a lot of energy. He needs an environment where he can burn it off in a safe capacity. He pulls my arm off when we get out of the car in the parking lot because he’s so excited to walk through the door. He loves his social time and spends all day running around, instead of sitting at home waiting for us to return. Later when he gets home he sleeps from that moment on through the ENTIRE night. Tired dogs are happy dogs and this rings true over and over again. Not to mention that we love the friendly staff, we get to “check-in” periodically to see him playing with his friends through Paw Haven’s camera system, AND at the end of every day we get a handful of adorable photos! I tell my husband all the time, daycare at Paw Haven is worth every single cent!

I finally put my 2 toy poodles into overnight boarding. The first night they were a little freaked out because they've never been away from me. I could see them barking on the live video. Second and third time they did so much better & ate their meals. I like knowing I can take trips and they have a place where they will be safe and have social time. My toy poodles have been in daycare for 3 half-day sessions, and it's been really good. Very nice, friendly staff. Live videos showing the different playrooms, both inside & out. Easy drop off & pickup. Your first partial day, the Interview, is free to see how your dog(s) get along with staff and other dogs with similar temperments. (Not all places do that.) You can tour the entire facility beforehand; I did that twice. The videos are like watching Pac-Man being played by dogs. We love Paw Haven! I've been taking my pup here for over a year and I'm continuously impressed. The kind staff clearly care about all the pups and are looking out for them. Benny goes for camp a couple of days and week and I've boarded him on several occasions. He loves it and I can't imagine taking him anywhere else. They have an app to use for bookings and are overall great at communicating. 10/10 recommend!
